Subscriptions FAQ
1. Can I get my money back after cancelling subscription?
Once you cancel a subscription, you won't be charged future subscription fees. Past subscription fees won't be refunded. If your order was canceled because your card was declined, you'll need to update your payment information.
2. What happens if I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel a subscription, you'll still be able to use your subscription for the time you've already paid.
3. Will I be automatically charged each month for my subscription?
No, we do not process automatic renewals. If you would like to continue your subscription, you will have to renew it manually.
4. I accidentally purchased the Full Access Subscription instead of another one, how do I get my money back?
Please review our policies before purchasing a subscription. We do not refund accidental purchase. Please ensure you have the correct subscription before purchasing.
5. Can I post your content on my social media or online?
All garoadtest.com documents, tutorials, photographs, videos and content are only intended for use by the subscriber. Please review our subscription agreement.
6. The DDS Center I am planning on going to is not included in your list. What should I do?
This access was created by Just Drive Right. We are located in the city of Decatur and therefore we have supplied review resources for centers within a 20 mile radius of our location. If the center where you have scheduled your road test is not on our list, please send a request via our contact page. If your center is within an hour of our office location, please give us five (5) business days to upload content for the requested center. You will still find useful information pertaining to your road test as we have parking tutorials, layouts and document requirements needed for your road test.
Please do not sign up for a subscription if you are uncertain. All our subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time. However, you will not be refunded for past fees.
7. When was the last time your content was updated?
We update weekly. Therefore, you are accessing the most recent content.
